Happy Thanksgiving, Wendy

Ginger, you must have been reading my mind as I have been thinking about thankful I am that Wendy pushed forward with the idea of this forum, and how blessed we are to have such a wonderful resource with so many fine people willing to share information, encouragement and support. Cancer is a rough road but so much more tolerable when we have others with whom we can identify and find comfort.

This time last year I knew something was wrong with me, a mild discomfort, but didn't know what. I am so thankful that I had the persistance to keep asking questions and doing research so that I was able to catch my cancer in a timely way. Long live the forum....may we who have been there and done that, stay healthy and committed to helping educate others. Happy Thanksgiving to all! Melodie

Thank you, Ginger. Wendy is on vacation right now in a place where some of us only dream of. I'm glad for her. I would just like to reply to you and say Happy Thanksgiving to you and to yours and to all of our friends here on the forum.

Thanksgiving is a special time, I would like to thank Wendy for giving us this site to make our journey with bladder cancer a little more bearable. When on the forum I feel like I am at Wendy's house and we all got invited over to talk about bladder cancer. All on this forum have different degrees of the disease, some more fortuneate than others. As a whole, we all have benefited from being able to get advice, advice I would never had gotten elsewhere in the fashion we do it here. I have great respect for Wendy, and for this forum. And also to the ones with the knowledge who so unselfishly give their time to guide us. I won't use the term old timers but maybe vice presidents of the forum. We all know them. So thank you Wendy and your helpers, and Happy Thanksgiving to all on the forum, look around and you'll find something to be thankful for!!!!Gene and Ginger Beane
