Bleeding after5 th BCG treatment

Yes, this is perfectly normal. As you know, the side effects tend to increase as the treatments continue. The effects are cumulative as the BCG kicks up the immune system and the body reacts to this. This is exactly what you want to happen. We hope that this is an indication that the bladder lining is rejecting any tumor cells that might be trying to get established.

I know this can be a side effect but until this treatment there wasn't any bleeding at all. Isthis normal?
