READ THE ARTICLE, I WORK 9 HOURS A DAY, UP AT 4:00 A.M. AND EXERCISE, BICYCLE AND STRETCH AND WHEN I GET HOME, DO 50 ABS ON A BAR AND 25 MINUTES OF BODY FLEX.
I AM IN BED AT 9, SO GET ABOUT 7 HOURS OF SLEEP. I AM STILL PRAYING FOR SEPT AND A GOOD SCOPE.
