My dad had is annual renal
ultrasound/cysto to follow up
on his non invasive bladder cancer. The report is as follows and I’m concerned and
- Indeterminate echogenic foci at the right lower pole and left upper pole. No correlate is seen on prior CT angiogram dated 2/15/2021, it is possible these foci represent cortical scarring and associated interface with perinephric fat, however, cannot exclude other possibilities, and advise a nonemergent follow-up renal mass protocol MRI or CT.
Anyone have any advice or experience here? Mri is tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
