Where did you see this? Was in one of your path reports? If so, your urologist needs to discuss this with you yesterday.

Signet ring differentiation is a very rare finding in bladder cancer that can occur with either adenocarcinoma of the bladder or with the more common urothelial carcinoma that most of us have. It is not particularly good news and should lead to a referral to a very specialized cancer center.
