The type you have is aggressive. I would move forward sooner if possible. Might even be good to get a second opinion for fresh eyes and peace of mind.
DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.

My urine lab from 11/27/20 (post turbt/biopsy, 6 bcgs, and cystoscopy after which uro said everything looks good) now shows: Suspicious for high grade urothethlial carcinoma. I do another urine lab before I see my uro for follow-up cystoscopy in January (the "every three month" exam). Any comment?

I second Sara Anne's comments. This is a rare cancer and does need follow up. Glad your follow up was clean!

part of my path report from june 2020 said this Bladder Neck Invasive high grade urothelial carcinomoa with signet ring differentiation.

I since had my bcg therapy and the follow up scope. the uro said he was very pleased, everything looked clean, and no recurrence of tumors. i am no scheduled for scopes every three months.

He never said anything to me about "signet ring differentiation."
