This is definitely a question for your doctor, but my guess would be no. Urine tests for bladder cancer check for abnormal cells that have sloughed off from cancer in the bladder lining, not leucocytes.

June 1 this year I had Surgery for papillary low grade bladder cancer.

Today I had urine test, there is no infection but my leukocytes are still very high.
Does this mean that cancer came back?
