This is definitely a question that you should ask your doctor. We are not doctors here, and even if we were we wouldn't be familiar with your particular case.
I will tell you that BCG can cause bleeding, so this may very well NOT be from your TURB.

Today was the 8th week after the removal of my second papillary high grade non-invasive tumor. I got my 4th BCG treatment today and when the nurse gave me the dipstick result, there is still microscopic blood in my urine. Is this a cause for alarm?
