This is a very good question. My urologist told me that there is a high priority for first time users. I am not sure how accurate this is. Best, Lee

I moved your post here to Non-Invasive Bladder Cancer where more people interested in the BCG problem will see it.

The shortage has been going on since the beginning of the year and the situation was pretty well summed up by the American Urological Association then:
