They only did a CT of the kidney because I was concerned with the cyst that they also found when they found bladder cancer. Still just a cyst thank goodness. Is that the CT everyone gets yearly of the kidney? I don't think so but I'm tired of all of this. Making sure I'm getting the right care.

Sounds good, Anne!!

I have to have a CT-urogram every five years. Don't like it because of the high radiation, but.....

You were right my Internist said nothing to worry about .. She is sending me for a CT which I have never had. That she ease my concern.

Thanks, I have had left flank pain, and urgency but since uro said cystoscope ane ctylogy looked good didnt mention it . Looking forward to finally having an Internist who is willing to give me on recommendation on if I should move on to an NCI center. As she stated last month, as all of you have stated, you have Cancer you go to an NCI center. If you have to wait ten hours at Moffitt your life,is much more important. Have mailed her all the results and will see her Tuesday.

Thanks,

Anne

My guess would be that you are a bit dehydrated....but you should ask the doc for
his interpretation...

It is a good idea to maintain good hydration, especially if you have had bladder cancer
