Valstar bcg fail

I have a bladder cancer buddy who also had CIS recurrences after BCG.
He then had 8 weekly Valstar treatments and has been cancer free for 4 years now.

My 1st 6 week treatment was BCG by itself, my biopsy following showed that some but not all the cancer was gone (CIS). The 2nd 6 week treatment was BCG + Interferon, I had a really bad reaction to the BCG after 3 treatments so we finished the final 3 with Interferon only. I go for my next biopsy in 6 weeks and if there is still cancer we will try 6 weeks of Valrubicin which I believe is the generic name for Valstar.

I'm willing to try the Valrubicn if I have no other choice then to take the bladder out. It would be the last change before doing so

Anyone else had 2 six weeks tx of bcg and mitomycin still have cis high grade now they want to try valstar
