Yeah, that would tick me off too!!! Check Dr Lamm's protocol. He's pretty much the world authority.

10/31/06 dx CIS (TisG3) non-invasive (at 47)
9/19/08 TURB/TUIP dx Invasive T2G3
10/8/08 RC neobladder(at 49)
2/15/13 T4G3N3M1 distant metastases(at 53)
9/2013 finished chemo -cancer free again
1/2014 ct scan results....distant mets
2/2014 ct result...spread to liver, kidneys, and lymph...

The more I learn about BCG the more I get upset with my uro. He only gave me 6 treatments and said I didn't need any more. Sence then I've had 7 serguries for tumors. Right now I don't have any tumors, so it wouldn't do any good to go to St Louis. It just ticks me off that he would be so arrigant about it!!

Yes, Dr. Lamm is known almost as the "father" of BCG treatments. But not only that, while I do not know him personally, he was kind enough to answer, by email, some questions I had as I went through that "adventure." A lot of physicians wouldn't take the time to do that for someone who is not their patient.
