Concur on the Infectious Disease specialist. They need to do the urine cultures, even if they've been done before, they need to be done again. They take about 4 or 5 days to really get results (growth) so patience is required.

Well I was on antibiotics for about 5-mo for what seemed to be a BCG prostate-infection. I've been off the antibiotic for about 3-weeks

Now for the second day in a row, & getting worse, symptoms are recurring. No visable blood, but the same symptoms, that put me on antibiotics the 1st time. Worse today than yesterday

Am scheduled for my next Cysto Jan 15, w/a new Uro (thank God my old one is retiring)!

Guess I'll call the Uro's office tomorrow, & see what the new Uro says.
