On re-reading Patricia's September post about Optimizing BCG therapy, I see that Cox-2 inhibitors (Celebrex) are still considered possible enhancing therapies. I have not heard this from any doctors I consulted. One brushed it off with an abrupt, "that study was dropped long ago." Seems to me the drug companies would look for other uses for Cox-2 inhibitors after the FDA pulled most from the market. Would it be only because of the anti-inflammatory effect?
Or do I just hate Brocolli?
