Karen. . this is a drug used initially as an opioid receptor antagonist for alcohol and opiod dependence. They are doing trials on it now in Mali for HIV. Secondary effects appear that it boosts the immune system. There are some trials going on for other diseases in the U.S. but none for bladder cancer specifically that i can find. Here is a link for you to read and formulate your own decisions.

A friend emailed me about a drug that seems to stop the progression of cancer. It doesn't cure it but stops it wherever it is. Has anyone heard of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)? Is this a supplement, or an actual drug that has been tested?

I thought I did my research! Where did this one come from?

If it works like she seemed to think, I want stock in the company and I will be a personal representative, traveling the country to every Cancer Center giving it out.
