That is a normal side effect from BCG treatments.  Sometimes even pieces of sort of tissue-like substance appear.  This is part of your body's response to the immune effects of BCG.

Hi.
I had my 6 week course of bcg treatments. I am now doing my first maintenance round. After my second treatment I had some blood in my urine lasting till the next morning and then it was clear again. Anything I should be concerned about?
