I am by no means an expert, but from what I have read it depends on many factors. Your Dr can give you a better estimate. My guess is IF your pathology came back T.O after the RC your odds are pretty good. I would guess and say about 75% for a 10 year survival or of not dying from cancer.

If the pathology came back with cancer, the odds would be lower.

What are the survival rates (current) for men aged 55 + who are diagnosed with Stage 2 bladder cancer and undergo a radical cystectomy following 3 cycles of chemotherapy?
