I don't mind at all. I wear pants at night right now and they are more often dry when I wake up than not. Usually if i've wet the bed it's because Ive slept beyond my wake-up times or been careless with beer/caffeine. It probably happens once every two or three months. My regular nighttime regimen is that the night is broken up in 4 hour chunks. I set the alarm 4 hours after I go to bed and wake up and pee at that time and set it for a further four hours. Like I said nine times out of ten I am dry when I wake up. I would also add that I've been lazy with the pelvic floor exercises and, against recommendation, I drink after 6 at night. I think if I stayed within the recommendations my continence would improve measurably. but Im pretty happy and a bit vrap at going the extra distance! You find a level you can live with and kind of stay there. if I stay at someones house then I take some pants and am more wary of over-drinking. I've never soiled a sheet in anyones house yet!
What I really like personally about the neo is the daytime performance. I don't rely on any apparatus and that, for me, is a big plus. I don't catheterise and I can go for three or four hours between pees. I don't have to carry any additional gear with me in the day. I pee just as I did before and use urinals when out and about. 1 year on and days seem completely normal to me. if im desperate then I get the sensation of pee entering my penis just like before. Then I clench and go as soon as I can. I never wet myself in the day.
all the best

PS I was undecided between the mitrofanoff (indiana) pouch and neobladder until the day of my surgery and Im completely happy with my choice. both have advatntages and disadvantages and you will learn to live with either. the indiana doesn't have a continence guarantee either, though and I understand the neo can be "converted" later if you are not happy with it
