It takes a while for your intestines to “wake up” following RC. Walking as much as you can will help more than anything. I have read that chewing gum can also help but you need to run that one by your medical team first. Hope you get some relief soon. Keep us updated.

I just went through cystectomy 4days ago . Sill in hospital now dealing with gas pain. How do you get it out?
