Unlike many of us, you are fortunate to have at least three superb place for a consultation. I would take whichever is most convenient for you, since you will no doubt be spending a lot of time there.
As for the waiting time, of course, sooner is better. But whatever you have has been growing there for years and a few weeks to find the absolutely best place for treatment is well worth it.
