Need Recommendations for a bladder surgeon

My wife is going through chemo and needs to have her bladder removed in a few months. Here is the kicker - she has insurance but the doctors in her plan don't have the experience. They only do it a few times a year which worries us. We are going to USC to consult with a surgeon out there, but paying 200k is outside of reality for us.

We understand the importance of having a good surgeon and wanted to inquire with you folks if you could recommend one and the approximate cost. We would be willing to travel outside the U.S if the person is good. We live in Nevada. Thank you.
