It's been 5 years since my chemo and RC at Hopkins for Stage 2-3 bladder cancer. My oncologist "discharged" me...so no more CAT scans. (great they can cause cancer!?) He morbidly and jokingly said the cancer you die from will not be bladder cancer...I didn't take offense and I hope none of you will. He did apologize for my "chemo brain"

I used this forum extensively at the time and would like to re-thank everyone for their support and offer myself as hope for some.

Everything works but I take nothing for granted. I worked hard to recover and had some wonderful help. I'm not celebrating or looking for praise, but rather taking note of my progress.

Usually only folks with problems post, so I thought I'd put my experience out there for others.
