It depends....many centers are now overlaying the two CT/PET.....some insurances will not pay for the PET....many centers do not have the PET ..but things are changing.

In reading the forum, I see discussion of pet scan; I am baffled are CT scans of organs, prior to RC, not sufficient for clarification of ca involvement.?
