Finally I seem to be able to work in the yard all day and still have some energy left over, just enough to get to the couch for a NAP..GENE

i think im more active than i was before. i cycle to work now which i didn't do before. I think im slightly more tired but due to broken sleep and having to wake up to pee and not the op itself.

It took about a year for me as i had lost so much muscle weight...i had to slowly try to get that strength back and i'm still not l00%...i should have done some weight training looking back on it. Pat

I had my RC last June 20 and I am feeling alot better after a couple of set backs but does anyone else feel that they tired out easier then you did before you had BC and the surgery. Joe ;)
