Hello Joe,

Those new Wii systems are great for keeping you active...

On a recent trip to the UK to see my family my sister gave me a demonstration of the games and boy within minutes you work up a sweat.

I need to ge out of the house more and get social so the gym works better for me but I certainly will not knock the new Wii ;D

Have fun with your Wii Joe ...

If anyone has the WII game they have a new Fitness Program and man do you get a workout. They have yoga, aerobics, strength training, and balance routines and many more. You get a personal trainer and it measures your Body Mass Index and you set the time frame like 2 weeks or a month for example and the weight you want to lose. It's my home gym so I don't have to go anywhere especially with these gas price a good investment for me. Joe ;)

I did get out of bed but oh what a struggle :)

It is amazing how many muscles were in hibernation this past year, I feel everyone of them waking up now.

My next gym lesson will be body balance to stretch out the aches and pains....

I must admit even with the muscle pain I feel alive again and happy to move my saggy arse.

Here's to a tight bum and washboard stomach in the making.... ::)

I too have just had my first body pump lesson since my diagnosis last July...

It felt great to be back at the gym...I really need to shed some pounds put on during my chemo treatment.

I hope I can get out of bed tomorrow ;D

I will keep on trying ;)
