Hi Liz,

The people on here are great! They are full of knowledge and are here to help.
If it wasn't for some of these guys,I would be in a right state by now.
Your mum will be ok,the doctors will look after her.
I know how you must be feeling, my mum has bowel cancer, and has found a lump on her breast too.
She stays so calm about it all, and say's she's more worried about me.(I suffer with IC and PBS)and my forthcoming operation.
Thinking of you and your mum
take care

Liz,

Have a cup of hot tea to help you relax, it's something I find helpful when I'm stressed.  You might also take some of those deep breaths I mentioned in a previous post to you, they do wonders to help relieve stress as well.  I'll keep you and your Mother in my prayers, and I'll have positive thoughts for your Mom's results to be good news.  Just remember that even if it is a cancer diagnosis it doesn't mean the worst for her.

God Bless,

Lou

Hi Everyone,

My mom's big doctor's appointment is tomorrow. She will find out the results of her CT scan & I believe, have a cystoscopy. Please keep us in your prayers.

My mom is acting just fine. I'm the one that's a nervous wreck & can hardly function. I'm trying so hard to stay calm and positive until we hear the results.

Yes they certainly are real characters, our Donnie was 11 years old and still just about as frisky as ever. Even though he was in a great deal of pain, he was always willing to go for a walk or play with our son. I think it's part of their breeding...

Lou,
My boy is 5 years old. They're certainly characters, aren't they?
