I'm seaching for information related to the tx protocol using BCG for patients with plaque psoriasis. There's not much information readily available which seems to be related to the fact that most studies conducted using BCG did not include patients with autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis, diabetes etc. I'm a newly diagnosed bladder cancer patient and am going to have a second TURBT to ensure that my tumor has not invaded the muscle. If not, I'm scheduled for follow-up BCG TX which I'm reluctant to undergo given very negative experiences with biologics for psoriasis ( e.g., otezla). I would appreciate any info on BCG and psoriasis since I don't want to have to deal with a major flare while trying to eradicate the bladder cancer.
