You are probablly OK, but your urologist has to be sure especially when the lab results continue to show something suspicious.  While this is not something that you really WANT to do it is certainly in your best interest to rule additional issues in/out.  Your doctor is doing exactly the right thing.

Will be thinking of you

I had my turbt last year and then my bcgs and then i've been scoped every 90 days and i get the cytology labs.  There has been no recurrence of bladder tumors, but the  labs keep coming back suspicious cells.  Based on my latest tests my uro thinks my suspicious cells are coming from my left kidney, but the ct scans and xrays show nothing.  So, now he has me scheduled for yet another surgery to look inside the left kidney and maybe get a biopsy.  He said he might have to put a stent in there for a while too.  Does this sound right?
