I have a first appointment with Dr Bochner at MSK in 2 days. It will be via phone because of covid. I know his reputation is stellar. How is dealing with his office and staff? I tend to have a lot of questions. Are they easy to communicate with? Right now they are not answering phones so you have to leave messages of write via the portal and wait. Not my favorite thing waiting.
