It sounds like you have been through a lot recently but it also seems as if you are doing well.

For your own peace of mind it would be a good idea to seek a consultation with an oncologist so that you will know for sure what the recommendations as well as the pros and cons would be.

Bladder cancer was created by fireguy
I was diagnosed with bladder cancer that had spread to the prostrate and possibly the lymph nodes; cancer was in the muscle at the head of the bladder. On May 5/2020 they removed my bladder, prostrate, 44 lymph nodes, cut into the bowel, took out a section and created an pouch complete with stoma.
The pathology report came back with all 44 lymph nodes being clear. I requested chemo therapy, and the doctor said that it was not required and that the oncologist would not see me.
Should I be pushing for the chemo ? This is my second bout of cancer; I had CML in 1994. I have heard of people have further cancer issues even though the lymph nodes were clear.
