I'm currently being treated by a generalist urologist, but I'm thinking a urologic oncologist would be better option after a cancer diagnosis. I'm looking for someone who'll treat me, not merely give me a second opinion.
Two questions:
1. Does anyone know of a good urologic oncologist in Portland, Oregon? Preferably at OHSU, which is easily accessible to me. And what's the wait time to get in to see this person?
2. When dealing with bladder cancer, is a urologic oncologist generally a better option than a regular urologist?
