That sounds like a simple question, but it isn't! The health system in the US is so screwed up....every one of us was probably charged a different amount that was probably paid by our insurance (with a co-pay to us) so we didn't even pay attention.
Perhaps someone here has a copy of their Medicare or Insurance statement with an amount on it (but that is probably not what was paid.)
