Ciao a tutti.
Hi everyone. Yesterday I underwent tTURB in the hospital to check the effects of the 6-week BCG induction cycle after 50 days. I am sorry to give a news that is discouraging but it seems that for me this holy bcg did not work.
The doctor who performed the cystoscopy found in the area (of the previous bladder resection that gave rise to ptag3 with perilesional cis) a hyperemic area, that is reddened, and ruled in the report that it is a recurrent bladder neoplasm, subject however to confirmation to 'histological examination that will be delivered to me exactly between 1 month and that is June 25, 2019. It is needless to say that I am really baffled even though I hope that instead that hyperemic area may instead be the effect of the healing process of the previous resection or even the effect of the same bcg on the previous lesion (I hope), also because in the rest of the bladder the outcome of the cystoscopy is substantially negative. But that word "recurrence" has greatly baffled me. To me they seem quite cruel these doctors who so easily ruled situations that can also be different by creating a lot of anxiety. As well as another example: my first TURB being very frightened I made it by making a substantial loan of money totally for payment and without insurance and there I got the result of the biopsy in about a week, now that I don't I can no longer afford to have recourse to the health service of the national health service and will make me wait 1 month for the result. To me, besides being cruel, this thing seems unfair to me because we are talking about a serious pathology and this is no joke
