Hi,
I was getting checked for a rezum treatment when my Dr. chose to inspect first with cystoscope. He immediately said "you have cancer" and showed me on the video screen.
Had TURBT which also took part of the prostate because he said of the cancer proximity. Test shows noninvasive, high grade. Now scheduled to begin BCG in a month if it's available. He said distributors are jacking up the price.
I've read through a number of posts here so most questions are already answered. I really appreciate this.
One question tho, am I the only one who gets stressed by the process of cystoscope and other things going in there? Has anyone ever gotten a Dr. to give a xanax or something before hand? I'm thinking of asking for it.
Thanks
Dx Jan, 2019; high grade PUC, noninvasive.
