Arthritis after BCG is not unknown and requires special treatment. Here are just a couple of articles describing this:

You probably need a referral to an infectious disease specialist...

BCG Immunotherapy was created by carrera4s
In July of this year, I had a 3.2cm tumor removed from my bladder and went thru
the initial 6 BCG immunotherapy (1/week for 6 weeks). The last treatment was Sept 11th.
On Oct 4th, I started developing significant inflammation in my ankles, knees and neck. It was
so severe and the pain so significant, I checked into the hospital and after 5 days, they still could not
identify the cause of the inflammation.
Has anyone else experienced this severe inflammation after the BCG treatments?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
I had the cystoscopy on Oct 16th and it was clear of any new cancer growth.
