Looking at ONLY one descriptive statistic can be rather meaningless; a broader view is required to draw a meaningful comparison.
A general break point happens somewhere between 3 cm and 5 cm, depending on the research, and in settings with dozens of other variables. Note that the numbers here are in CM, while your question was in mm, which are 10 times smaller.

Below is a study looking at tumor size in a VERY specific patient population.

Is there some a chart somewhere that describes small, med, large etc?

DX 10-19 First TURB Low grade, non invasive papillary urothelial carcinoma pTa. Recurrence 11-19 Second TURB DX Papillary Urothelial Neoplasm of Low Malignant Potential (PUNLMP)
Second recurrence discovered June 8, 2020 six months later.

Fortunately, that is not considered a large mass.
Growths that have not been examined by a pathologist are called 'suspicious' until a real determination has been made.
You will know more after the growth has been examined.

After blood was discovered in urine, I was given an ultrasound. The ultrasound results said a mass in the upper right part of bladder was 18mm by 11mm and suspicious for malignancy. I had a CT scan in December that showed nothing in the bladder or surrounding area at all. Is this a very fast large growth of cancer?
