If it is near the incision it could be the connector or something as simple as needing to irrigate more often. Having said that the answer is you need to call your medical team and ask them to have a look at it. I had to do that a few times myself and it was always a simple answer. I have a nephrostomy tube which isn't too bad but leaks a little here and there.
