Seeking Proper Diagnosis

4 years 5 months ago - 4 years 5 months ago #51080 by Alan
Welcome, however as all of us say sorry you are here! First, you want find the reason for the hematuria (blood in the urine). It could be a number of causes including another unusual UTI-and one shouldn't speculate until you have a definitive DX. It is a waste of worry, concern and effort. For my $$$ I would find a well recommended URO that will be aggressive in checking the prostate, bladder and kidneys as you say the last UTI check was negative. This means now even if you have to travel a bit-one's health is life's key! It very well still be something minor. It may include a CT scan, a cystoscope (looks into the bladder) among other tests to look at the entire urinary tract.

As I am not a moderator, hopefully one will see this and respond as it will probably be seen quicker in newly diagnosed or re-post there (the one at the top/forums).
Keep posting, you'll get a response.
