After I meet with surgeons, may I ask you some questions? Probably next week or so.

I am sorry that BCG didn't work out so far. But I am a big proponant of the "Get That Bladder out of There!" theory.

I never had a choice of BCG..... I went directly to RC..... Did not pass Go.... did not get BCG(not given the chance)
So please don't try and save your bladder at the expense of your life.

You are at a great Place for advice. Please do yourself a favor.... Take it!
If they say RC..... You say OK.

There is life after RC....... I am living proof 7 years!

Best of Luck

Had to chime in. Sometimes interfuron is added to BCG for an extra kick. Something to discuss with your Doc.

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.
