This is tough. 5 of 6 treatments so far...2 UTIs (the last one over Christmas). Treatment 6 is on New Year's eve. Please say a prayer.

Doug made it through the first Gemzar treatment; like BCG, you are supposed to hold it for 2 hours. He could only hold it 25 minutes. He went for his second treatment this past Friday; unfortunately, he has a bladder infection, so could not have the 2nd treatment. He is feeling much better today after being on the antibiotic for 24 hours. He will try again next Friday.
