Yes fighterm I'm sure it was enlarged, but the dr. said the tumor was quite large. Didn't ask the actual size, I referred to it as "the elephant in my closet". Close enough.
And, yes, Sara Anna, I should have never started smoking, but one can't take back stupid choices already made, one can only "suffer" the consequences of the incorrect decision.
From what I understand at this point my urologists will call me with the results of the catscan (whenever that's completed) and I'll be seeing the cancer doctor. This cancer doctor will be responsible for kimo and radiation, which is needed regardless of what procedure needs to be done. After that, I'm referred to a urologist or surgeon at UC Davis in Sacramento.
So if anyone out there knows of a good bladder cancer doctor/surgeon at UC Davis in Sac., I would very much appreciate the information.
I'm trying to get all of my ducks in a row at this point.
Thank you all again,
Breeze
