Hello Alan... You have a good attitude going into this. It sounds like your doctor has a good plan to actively monitor and treat your bc. The repeated cycles of BCG is to stay ahead of any recurrence since your report came back high grade. The Ta is better news since that indicates your tumor was not invasive.
Even though it probably wasn't what you wanted to hear, I would think it makes you feel somewhat better to know exactly what you are dealing with now and that you now have a solid course of treatment. The second TURBT is really to verify the results of the first one and look for any new developments. That is also a sign that your uro is following recommended guidelines for treating you and that is a good thing.
