You sound like you
DO stress and even though you have every justification it is not a bad idea to give it up
Don't forget that stress alone can cause nasea for some people. If you manage the stress you may find much of the rest falls into place, however NEVER ignore symptoms and NEVER miss a check-up.
We all listen to school teachers, police, executives, et all talking of how stressed they are - how's about we cancer survivors open a service and give Master Classes!
