New to this

Hi Pat- thanks for responding. He is in Minneapolis area. He had chemo before removal and is now back on chemo. He has a PET scan in 2 weeks, so we are anxious to see if the chemo has changed anything or if the cancer is still spreading.
Just so hard to know how to help.

So sorry about your brother. Where is he located? Did he have chemo prior to his bladder removal? He definately should look into chemo if its just in his lymph nodes. There are lots of promising trials out there.

I am new to this support group. My brother was diagnosed in the fall, has had his bladder removed, cancer spread to lymph nodes, prognosis 2 years or less.
Just looking for help, info, suggestions, and shoulders.
Lots of questions like should he continue chemo, get other opinions, do clinical trials.
Most importantly- what can I do for him? We live away from each other, but talk all the time. I don't know how to help him.
