Mike

A few months ago I saw that somewhere (Hungary?) has a Silly Walks Day! Every year!

You were probably ahead of your time with that walk down the aisle idea.
With all this wild wedding video going on you were years ahead of your time.

I see that your sense of humor has not left you

And that's a very good thing indeed.

George,

By the way, my daughter was petrified that I was going to do "Silly Walk" when I walked her down the aisle.

I was practicing it in the hall outside before entering and I kept telling her she needs to practice it or she will trip on her gown. :)

We didn't.... :)

I always loved Monty Python. My wife had never seen Life of Brian so I downloaded it a couple of weeks ago. We saw all the others before though.

Our 34th is May 26th of this year. :)
Liz gets and likes English humor.

OK Mike. Your choice of this video is really kinda weird.

When I was in college, they had movie nite on Sunday. Usually the movies were the normal fare for Michigan. They had never heard of Monty Python. I grew up on The Flying Circus. So when the Sunday Movie was announced as "Monty Python. And now for something Completely different" I was excited to go.
I was so excited ..... I asked the best girl in school to go with me. And She said yes! I was ready to show my culture by introducing her to "English Humor"

Well, It didn't work out quite as planned. She wasn't as thrilled by the "Ministry of Silly Walks" or the "Dead Parrot" bit. I was in tears!
But when the "How to defend yourself against a man who attacks you with a banana" bit came on, that was it.
"This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen! I can't watch any more. It's ridiculous!" She said.
So, I left with her, and dropped her off to the dorm.(They actually had boys and girls dorm buildings!) And went back to watch the second showing!

The next day, after thinking about how much I blew it! I ran into my date and she asked about another movie date,...... Next weekend. I told her I would LOVE to take her to the Movies again...... But Not THIS movie! The NEXT Movie was Steve Mcqueen in LeMans (a Race Car Movie. No plot at all)

So, even with all of these stumbles.......... And a break for Separate Colleges........ We ended up being the best married couple for 34 years this year.
She tried valiantly to watch Monty Python again and again. But to no avail. She still thinks "IT's Stupid!"

But as for me......... and the 12 people who watched this video........We ROARED with laughter!

Thanks Mike
