Hi Pat
Just sending my best wishes for a speedy recovery. I know what you say about the nursing staff at some of these places. I went in for a KUB sometime after my RC and I told the tech or whoever that I didn't have a bladder. It was like a deer in headlights, she couldn't understand that and said " Well if you don't have a bladder, how do you go to the bathroom?" Good luck and get better real soon.

Renal failure on 7-01-09 nephy tube and then stent on 7-09-09
so far so good

Sounds like a lawsuit to me!! The nurse that called you a bitch should be fired. That is totally inexcusable for a nurse to talk to a patient like that for any reason. :angry:

GEEZ --- Herb!!!!

Age 72 had radical 9/11/10 have conduit everything is fine, grateful to be a cancer survivor. Lost Dad and Brother to Cancer both in their 50's.

Oh Pat, why can't you keep out of trouble!!! The minute I am out of town and out of computer range there you go!!!

I know how you feel about them not paying attention. Whenever I am going under anesthesia, I take a magic marker and write NO in big
black letters on my right arm....mastectomy side. And some phlebotomists, for example, do not pay attention because they do not believe it is an issue! To me, it is. I have seen someone with lymphodema.

You have been thru soooo much! This last episode takes the cake!
wishing you a speedy recovery so you can go back to the hospitals and give the "kick in the butt" they apparently need desperately :laugh:
