A) The specimen consists of benign appearing squamous cells and
urothelial cells. Many of the urothelial cells show reactive
nuclear changes with distinct nucleoli. No large papillary
urothelial groups are seen with fibrovascular cores. No viral
cytopathic effect is noted. No diagnostic features of high grade
urothelial carcinoma are identified.
