I was recently talking to a blogger and she gave me the following information for anyone that was ever stationed at Camp Lejeune and has bladder cancer. Hope you find this helpful.

Charlotte – I encourage you to contact the group The Few, The Proud, The Forgotten @ http://www.tftptf.com/

They are dealing with the issues at Camp Lejeune and their site is rich with information about water contamination. Good luck and thanks for reading.

My sister was stationed at Camp LeJeune during the period of time when the water was heavily contaminated. She had to have a kidney removed due to kidney cancer 7 years ago. She was told kidney cancer was not on the list for service connected disability.
I keep pushing her to pursue the matter as there is probably many other Marines who have had cancer as a result of the exposure. I don’t think they can be so sure the exposure didn’t cause her cancer.
Thanks for the link to the organization I have forwarded it to her.
