    Below is an article I found. They examine various sizes of tumors vs recurrence. They identify a three size model: 1-15, 16-30, and greater than 30 mm in diameter…small medium and large.

    I can’t find my book mark but, less than 2 CM is considered small and above large…whatever that means! Grade which is either high grade or low grade in general is more important along with the stage.

    DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.
