GuestJuly 2, 2008 at 7:24 pmHello Everyone,
Susans sister has just called with an update on Susan….I wish the news was better.
She is still in the ICU and hoping to be moved to a regular room today. There are hopes she will be released home to hospice tomarrow.
Her kidneys and bladder are preforming at dangerous levels and her situation is quite serious. Susan is shocked at how quickly she has declined. She does not believe she will be going “online” but her sister will continue to keep me posted and she will also try to get online with us here.
Susan wanted to be sure to get a big “thank you” out to everyone at the cafe for all the support. Her sister said the friendships and care she found here have been a great comfort to Susan. She knows there are pages of prayers and warm thoughts from all here.
God Bless, Holly
PS Karen I did pass your number on to Susans family as we discussed :) Thank youI’m grateful for the chain of communication that let us know how Susan is doing. Thank you Perry, Holly, and Pat. I am praying Susan makes a good recovery from this ordeal.

GuestJune 30, 2008 at 6:56 pmHi everyone.. I am posting this message from Holly as her Internet server is down.
Perry, Susan’s husband called her this morning and they were able to get most of the calcified tumor broken up and out of her which has stopped the bleeding for now. She is in the recovery room now. I’m sure Holly will be on by tomorrow and will catch you up.
PatThanks Holly for letting us know what Susan is going through. I am praying for her and that the surgery will be successful. Julie
